Updater :: Overview

The updater ensures that your AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic program is always up to date. With the aid of the Scheduler, you can set whether and at what intervals AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic carries out a comparison of versions. You can define a certain time or interval. However, it is possible at all times to start the updater manually (either via the Control Center or via the tray icon). If an updated version or a new virus definition file of AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic is available, an update is carried out.
